		<description>Jasmin,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you post an @ to someone it will show up in their stream even if they&#039;re not following you. Keep in mind though, that if you&#039;re following a big account they may not @ back. Which could be for a number of reasons...like they get a lot of people responding to them and there&#039;s too many to sift through. Or any number of reasons. It will show up on their stream though.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Happy Tweeting!</description>
