Today I received an invite to 12seconds.tv, which is basically a Twitter but with video instead of text (although it does have text too…anyway). Instead of 140 characters to say what you want, you have 12 seconds of video. The good thing is you can use a web cam or you can post from your mobile phone (if your phone supports video of course).
